Our ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING press is up to 10 colors with high speed, it guarantee that images are rendered as perfectly as possible.

FLEXO PRINTING is printed on paper directly with 8 colors max, A large percentage of consumers prefer the feel of paper, but printing on paper is far more difficult than printing on plastic film. We are one of the very few factories in China that can overcome this challenge and print beautifully.

Our DIGITAL PRINTING Press called HP Indigo 20000 providing our customers with a quick and easy way to produce custom printed flexible packaging. Low minimum runs, No plate cost & set-up fee to help you adapt quickly to changes in the market, furthermore it is much cost-effective when combining multiple SKUs into one run.

The PRINTING on the INSIDE of the bag is very difficult and only a few manufacturers in China can achieve it. Our materials are food-grade certified to ensure food safety! 

Dietary Fiber
Regular Matte and Glossy finishes are not enough to meet the increasing market changes, so we are always developing special finishes to make your packaging bag unique on the shelf.

SOFT TOUCH Finish is similar to matte finish but the touch is more special, it is hard to see difference from photos but you’ll be amazed when touching it!

SPOT GLOSSY FINISH is called matte varnish finish also, the bag can present partly matte and partly glossy effect, so on the shelf will be more attractive to the eyes of consumers

HOT STAMPING is a method where a matte or metallic foil is heat-sealed to a bag using a pre-drilled plate. This allows us to add your business name, logo, tagline and more to your packaging. Not only do custom hot stamped bags offer a more personalized look, they are also excellent advertising for your business.

REGULAR ZIPPER is one of the most commonly used, it is worth noting that pocket zipper is more convenient and faster for filling coffee beans when bag type is flat bottom. Regular zipper is sometimes coupled with LASER SCORING that allows packages to be opened effortlessly, resulting in higher consumer satisfaction and allowing brands to outperform competitors with inferior packaging.

POCKET ZIPPER is called tear-off zipper also, trendy and highly recommended for coffee bags! Once the tab is removed, pressing the zipper reseals the pouch, helping prevent exposure to oxygen. Their narrow design also means they take up less space during storage, shelving, and transportation. Compared to paper boxes, they use 30% less material, making them a good option for roasters looking to reduce waste.

Coffee TIN TIE bags are specially designed to block moisture or oxygen from contaminating your fresh coffee beans or grounds. The bags come with a closure that seals it shut when folded over, and is re-sealable for each and every use, but hassle in roastery’s packing department team in terms of time.

It is VELCRO ZIPPER and is an innovative re-sealable packaging system that uses micro-hooks. Because you can seal it by simply touching the surfaces together, it is the easiest type of zipper to seal.

Function Food Ingredient
A degassing valve is a one-way vent that allows coffee beans and ground coffee to slowly release carbon dioxide (CO2) and other volatile gases from the bag, without coming into contact with the air outside.

This CONVENTIONAL VALVE with 5 vent holes is our best quality and most popular, and is widely used on our conventional material coffee bags. We also have other styles of valves. If you have special requirements, please specify when you ask for Bag’s quotation.

The RECYCLABLE VALVE is specifically designed for use on recyclable materials, and the entire bag is recyclable eliminating the need for consumers to handle the valve separately. the coffee roaster can now offer a packaging system that is totally recyclable and provides optimized protection of coffee bean against aroma loss! 

XWPAK's COMPOSTABLE VALVE is suitable for both home and industrial compostable, and is more economical while maintaining the compostability of the entire bag, the coffee roaster can now offer a packaging system that is totally biodegradable and provides optimized protection of coffee bean against aroma loss! 

WIPF BIO VALVE developed especially for the coffee industry and can be composted pursuant to industrial standard EN 13432 in combination with biodegradable laminates and we import the valves from Switzerland.
